1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation

 

In this initial session we will discover and explore your particular Ayurvedic constitution and imbalances.  Together we will create sustainable steps for you to work towards balance. 

I love working with people around stress management, resilience, nervous system health, sleep and digestion.  

New to Ayurveda?

That's great!  I love working with people new to Ayurveda, a part of this initial session will be educating you about the basics of Ayurveda.  You can also listen to this podcast episode to learn more.

The Details:

  • When you schedule your 75 minute session, I will send an Ayurvedic Intake (as a Google Form) for you to fill out before the session.

  • During our session we will go over your intake and discuss your constitution and imbalances and what specifically you want to work on.

  • There will be some education as well as suggestions of lifestyle shifts that could be implemented to bring balance.

  • In a collaborative format we will discover the steps that are truly sustainable for you and create a plan for you to implement the steps.

  • I am offering a winter special of $60 per consultation for the months of December, January and February

An Ayurvedic Consultation may be right for you if you:
