Rhythm & Ritual
A 6-Week Ayurvedic Program for Women in (or approaching) Perimenopause
Feeling like your body speaks a language you no longer understand?
Waking up at 3am with your heart racing.
Brain fog that makes you forget words mid-sentence.
Digestive chaos that came out of nowhere.
Exhaustion that doesn't respond to rest.
Emotional fragility that feels like you're walking around without skin.
You're not losing your mind.
Your nervous system is recalibrating — and everything you've tried so far has missed that.
Your doctor says your labs are "fine." The internet tells you to exercise more and cut out caffeine. Everyone keeps saying "this is just perimenopause."
But no one is telling you how to actually support your body through this.
What if this isn't just about hormones?
Perimenopause isn't just estrogen dropping.
It's your entire nervous system shifting — becoming more sensitive, more reactive, less predictable.
And when your nervous system is dysregulated, everything else falls apart:
Sleep becomes fragile
Digestion gets unpredictable
Energy crashes
Stress feels impossible to recover from
You feel like a stranger in your own body
This is why conventional approaches don't always work.
They're treating symptoms. Not the root.
Rhythm & Ritual is different.
This is a 6-week Ayurvedic and nervous system program designed specifically for women in (or approaching) perimenopause who want to:
Understand what's happening in their bodies (and why everything suddenly feels different)
Regulate their nervous system with practices that actually work — not just "relax more"
Build sustainable daily rhythms that support sleep, digestion, and steady energy
Feel like themselves again — grounded, embodied, and trusting their bodies
This isn't about doing more or pushing harder.
It's about learning your body's new language — and giving it what it's actually asking for.
Rhythm & Ritual is currently being reimagined.
This foundational experience will be offered as an on demand course that you can work through in your own timing.
It will include:
Somatic Stretch & Shake practices
Classes on Ayurveda, Perimenopause and the rhtyhms that create balance in this time
A guided journey through the “portal of perimenopause” - through visualizations, contemplation and journaling practices you will access the healing and transformation that this time of life has to offer.
And more!

The Heart of the Work
At its core, Rhythm & Ritual is about re-establishing trust with your body.
In Ayurveda, rhythm is how the nervous system feels safe.
Regular meals. Predictable rest. Gentle transitions. Seasonal awareness.
When rhythm returns, the body remembers how to regulate.
Who This Is For:
This program is designed for women who:
✓ Are currently in perimenopause (or see it coming and want to prepare)
✓ Feel tired, wired, or completely out of sync with their bodies
✓ Notice that stress hits harder and takes longer to recover from
✓ Are exhausted from trying to figure this out alone
✓ Have been dismissed or told "your labs are fine" when you know something is off
✓ Want a body-honoring, gentle approach — not another "optimize yourself" program
✓ Are curious about Ayurveda (no prior experience needed)
✓ Are ready to slow down and actually listen to what their body is asking for
About Kristen | Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Nervous System Guide
I’m Kristen, a board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, Somatic Stress Release Practitioner and nervous system-informed coach.
My work is rooted in listening — to the body, to cycles, to what’s changing beneath the surface. I support women through transitions with practices that are gentle, personalized, and deeply respectful of the nervous system.
Rhythm & Ritual brings together the threads of my work: Ayurveda, somatic awareness, seasonal living, and the belief that healing happens when we slow down enough to feel supported.
This Is Not About Fixing Yourself.
It's about coming home to yourself.
You're not broken. You're not failing. You're not "too sensitive" or "too much."
Your body is recalibrating. It's asking for something different.
And with the right support, you can learn what that is — and give it to yourself with wisdom, compassion, and trust.
