In Ayurveda the word swasthya is the Sanskrit term for health, and it translates as being rooted in the self.

Our session will be:

    Your initial session focuses on your unique Ayurvedic prakriti (constitution) and current imbalances. Together we explore what your body, digestion, sleep, stress responses, and nervous system are asking for.

    Ayurveda is rich and nuanced. I’ll help make these concepts accessible so you can understand why things are showing up the way they are — and how to work with your natural rhythm

  • Integrative & Nourishing

    We’ll look at diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and rhythm — all through the lens of nervous system resilience and long-term balance.

    This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a collaborative, compassionate process that meets you where you are.

    Once you book, you receive a simple intake questionnaire to reflect on your current health patterns before your session.

  • 90-Minute Session
    We’ll review your intake together, discuss your constitution and imbalances, and explore your goals and challenges. You’ll come away with clear, sustainable steps for daily life.

  • Personalized Plan
    You’ll receive lifestyle suggestions you can actually implement — from food and daily rhythm to rest and stress support — all chosen specifically for you.

Investment & Accessibility

  • 90-minute initial consultation: $150

  • Follow-up 30-minute consultation: $50

  • Not at all. You don’t need prior experience or knowledge. I translate Ayurvedic wisdom into practical, accessible guidance that fits real life — without overwhelm or rigid rules.

  • Each session begins with deep listening. We’ll talk about your current concerns, daily rhythms, digestion, nervous system patterns, and any transitions you’re moving through (such as perimenopause, burnout, or chronic stress). You’ll leave with clear, gentle recommendations around food, rhythm, lifestyle, and nervous system care.

  • Ayurvedic consultations are supportive for digestive issues, hormonal transitions (including perimenopause), anxiety, fatigue, sleep challenges, stress, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling disconnected from your body or rhythms. Ayurveda is especially helpful during times of change

  • No. Ayurvedic consultations are educational and supportive in nature. I do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. This work complements other forms of support and honors your existing care team.

  • Some people benefit from a single session, while others choose ongoing support to gently integrate changes over time. Ayurveda is about rhythm and relationship — there’s no pressure to commit to anything beyond what feels supportive.

  • Sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.
