Rhythm & Ritual was created as an alternative to that story.
This is not a program about self-improvement.
It is a guided return to rhythm — grounded in Ayurveda, nervous system wisdom, and the understanding that transitions require care, not pressure.

About Kristen | Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Nervous System Guide
I’m Kristen, a board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and nervous system-informed practitioner.
My work is rooted in listening — to the body, to cycles, to what’s changing beneath the surface. I support women through transitions with practices that are gentle, personalized, and deeply respectful of the nervous system.
Rhythm & Ritual brings together the threads of my work: Ayurveda, somatic awareness, seasonal living, and the belief that healing happens when we slow down enough to feel supported.

No! Beginners are most welcome. The yoga classes are optional and all levels.
Included in the on demand classes is an Ayurveda 101 course.

You can put as little or as much into it, it is up to you. There will be a 90 minute live session each week that I encourage you to join. There will also be on demand yoga and ayurveda classes that you can do in your own timing.

Investment
The program is still in development and so I don’t have a final number yet. But as a Founding Member for the program, I imagine it will be somewhere between $400-$800 which includes:
1:1 Consultation
6 weeks of live, small group sessions
6 weeks of on demand yoga classes, somatic practices, meditations, etc.
6 weeks of on demand Ayurveda themed classes
